Destinatari

The course is intended for all workers employed in companies classified as medium risk under the ATECO 2007 classification. This includes employees in manufacturing, logistics, services, and other sectors falling into the medium-risk category. It is particularly relevant for newly hired personnel who must undergo safety training before starting work, as required by Article 37 of D.Lgs. 81/08. The course is also suitable for existing workers needing refresher training or updating their skills in line with the 2025 regulations.

Obiettivi

At the end of the course, participants will be able to: identify workplace hazards specific to medium-risk environments; apply appropriate prevention and protection measures; correctly interpret safety signs and follow emergency procedures; perform basic first aid procedures; handle and move loads safely; recognize physical risks and use protective equipment; comply with legal obligations regarding safety training; and contribute to a safer work environment by applying the knowledge gained.

Programma

The program covers a comprehensive range of risk areas including accident risks such as mechanical and electrical hazards; chemical risks; work organization and work-related stress; risks from video display terminals; safety signs and emergency procedures; organizational procedures for first aid; accidents and near-misses; physical risks such as noise, vibrations, artificial optical radiation, and electromagnetic fields; manual handling of loads; materials handling including lifting equipment and transportation vehicles; and biological risks and safety measures. The course is conducted interactively with practical examples to engage participants.

Test finale ed esame

The final assessment consists of a multiple-choice test with 30 questions. Participants must achieve at least 70% correct answers to pass. The test is administered online for videoconference courses or in person for classroom sessions. Results are recorded in the Final Verification Report as per the Accordo Stato Regioni 2025. In case of failure, participants may retake the test according to the training provider’s policy.
